Silo House is residence concept based on a Titan II missile silo design.  It consists of a cube-like concrete building with an open atrium, or "missile tube", in the center.  It, like all Titan II missile silos, is a stripped down, windowless underground concrete structure.  The only access points are the entrance and the "missile tube port", making it very defensible.  Unlike any missile silo is the buildings characteristic of focusing the open-floor rooms inward to the atrium.
